The working hours include both evenings and weekends – when many of our participants actually have the opportunity to join.

Job Description

As an activity leader, you will have a central and creative role that includes:

  • Creating and leading activities – You plan, implement, and evaluate activities after school, during breaks, in the evenings, and on weekends, both independently and together with our partners.
  • Working closely with people – You meet children, young people, adults, civil society, and collaborative actors to capture their ideas, needs, and dreams – and turn them into reality.
  • Building participation and creativity – You become an inspiring enabler who supports young people's co-creation and encourages creativity, initiative, and curiosity.
  • Collaborating broadly – You work closely with schools, social services, police, associations, and other local actors to create a safe and engaging context.

  • Building meaningful relationships – You work relationally, create safe meetings, and are an important adult in both the house and the surrounding area.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a leisure leader education, social pedagogical education, or other educational background that the employer deems equivalent.
