We are now looking for both care assistants and specialized care assistants with a focus on dementia for our home care service - a workplace where you feel welcome, needed, and appreciated in your daily work. The home care service is organized into three geographical areas - Central, Northern, and Southern. This recruitment pertains to all areas as well as the dementia team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care assistant in home care, you meet people in their daily lives and contribute to their safety, independence, and quality of life. The work involves more than just tasks and routines - it is about relationships, interactions, and creating a good day for someone else.

With us, modern working methods are a natural part of everyday life. We use digital tools, apps, and keyless home care as support in our work, which creates safety, quality, and more time for what is most important - the people we are here for.

The work is independent and varied, but you are part of a context where colleagues and managers are close by. We collaborate, share experiences, and help each other in our daily work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant or specialized care assistant in dementia, and who enjoys working with people. You have a good demeanor, are confident in yourself, and approach both clients and colleagues with care and respect. You appreciate responsibility, contribute to a positive work environment, and see the value of collaboration. We place great importance on personal suitability and commitment to the task.

The job requires you to handle mobile phones, apps, and digital documentation in a safe and secure manner. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite for the position.

A driving license (B) may be a requirement depending on the work area.
