We are located on the island of Lilla Essingen near central Stockholm.
The health center is situated by the water, with restaurants, swimming docks, and walking paths nearby. It is easy to reach us by bus, bike, car, or boat.
Currently, we have about 20 employees, and the entire unit is characterized by a good atmosphere and strong collaboration. We prioritize high medical quality and continuous education for all employees. At present, there are approximately 7,300 registered patients, most of whom live on one of the Essinge islands. At the health center, we offer district nurse consultations, home care, telephone advice, diabetes consultations, psychology consultations, and child health services. About the position:
You will primarily work in the reception, laboratory, and home care. It is a fun and varied assignment that may give you new experiences in healthcare. Documentation is done in the TakeCare journal system, and we work weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00 without weekends.
Qualifications:
You are a trained nursing assistant, nursing student who has completed at least semester 4, or medical student who has completed at least semester 6. Experience from primary care and work in home care, reception, and laboratory is a merit. You should be familiar with the TakeCare journal system and have good computer skills.
Personal qualities:
We want you to be good at collaborating, have a strong commitment, and be meticulous. You should also have the ability to adapt to different situations and maintain a positive attitude. We place great importance on personal suitability and professional interaction with both patients and colleagues.
Employment type:
Hourly employment. The position is a summer temporary position during the period 2024-06-12 - 2024-09-01. Expect to work at least 6 weeks during this period. Start date by agreement.

- employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employee health examination, according to applicable directives, which is conducted through occupational health services before employment.
- in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
