We are currently seeking care assistants for permanent positions and temporary contracts for our special accommodation Lindgården in Broby. Lindgården has undergone extensive renovations, and in February 2026, we will move into a completely renovated facility with 38 apartments. During 2026 and 2027, Lindgården will be expanded with an additional 17 new apartments and a lovely garden for enjoyable outdoor activities.

Your role will include being a contact person, which means responsibility for planning, implementing, and following up on care, support, and service with a salutogenic approach.

QUALIFICATIONS

We require you to have a vocational degree from the upper secondary school care and nursing program or approved grades from adult education courses in care and nursing (1500 points). You have experience working in somatic care. It is advantageous to have worked with individuals with cognitive impairments or dementia.

You have the ability to create security and build trusting relationships through care and genuine interest in each individual.

You understand the importance of meeting each person based on their unique needs, conditions, and wishes, and can contribute to helping them live a meaningful and social life. Furthermore, you have knowledge of and apply low-arousal approaches, a method that focuses on creating calm and security, which is particularly important when working with individuals with dementia.

You are relationship-oriented and value communication, empathy, and presence in all interactions.

The role requires good collaboration skills to work with colleagues and other professionals involved in the client's case.

You are flexible and need to be able to quickly adapt when circumstances change and understand the importance of following the routines and working methods in place at the workplace.

You have the physical ability to perform the tasks included in the role, such as lifting, personal care, and transfers, using ergonomic aids.

You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You have good computer skills and experience working with the Treserva journal system, Medvind, and the Office suite.

A valid B driver's license is required for the position.
