About the job

Housing support is a practical, pedagogical, and social intervention provided in the individual's own home and carried out together with the user. The purpose is to strengthen the user's ability to manage daily life, increase independence, and enable continued residence in their own home, as well as to have a functioning daily life connected to the home. Support is individually tailored based on the user's abilities and can include motivation, social training, accompaniment, and lighter practical support depending on needs. The intervention is based on voluntariness, and the work is carried out according to the established goals in the implementation plan made together with the user based on the authority's order. The target group for the intervention is adults who fall under one of the categories in LSS, where many of our users have neuropsychiatric disabilities, or are over 65 years old and have a mental disability.
