About the position

As a personal assistant, you will support a person in their daily life, around the clock.

Your tasks include being with the user in their home and leisure time and supporting their needs.

We want you to:

• Have experience in the field of personal assistance
• Have knowledge of spinal cord injuries and work ergonomically correctly, as well as knowledge of lifting techniques
• Understand the complexity of working closely with another person without taking over and be able to adapt to situations that arise in a person's life
• Experience with spinal cord injuries
• Be able to communicate in both Swedish and English, and have a good attitude

The user controls their own life, and you should be able to adapt to their wishes (within the framework of a reasonable work environment). The current schedule according to the user's wishes is: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM (on-call).

The user preferably seeks male staff.

The user also expresses a wish that you, as an assistant, should be healthy and in good condition as there are lifting and uncomfortable working positions involved in the job.

They wish for a stable workgroup that can work together to make their everyday life as good as possible.

The user wants to be involved in the recruitment process. We, as the employer, will make an initial selection that will then be matched with the user's needs and wishes.

The position is a fixed-term employment on full-time and/or part-time (hourly employment). Start is expected at the beginning of April.
