Your mission

We work on behalf of the ordering units for Disability Services, Social Services for Individuals and Families, and Elderly Care.

We provide support to individuals with various disabilities such as intellectual disabilities, psychiatric diagnoses, autism spectrum disorders and/or ADHD, harmful use and addiction, as well as comorbidity, who live in their own homes throughout Haninge municipality.

The tasks are determined by the assignment and may involve daily support in the home or around grocery shopping, establishing structure and routines, support with authority contacts, and care. Our goal is to increase the individual's ability to become as secure and independent as possible.

As a housing supporter, you are responsible for a certain number of clients that the unit has been assigned to provide housing support to. The intervention is clearly defined in an order, and you create an implementation plan together with the client based on the goals in the order. We work according to established routines. There is always a colleague or group leader available if questions arise during the work shift.

We usually work on weekdays, but one of the positions has weekend shifts every other week. The positions are vacant now, and we hope you can start working as soon as possible. We have an office centrally located in Handen next to the commuter train station.

What we are looking for in you

• Social pedagogue YH or Basic healthcare education with a focus on psychiatry or equivalent suitable additional training
• Experience working with the target group
• Knowledge of and ability to handle digital systems
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement as we have documentation responsibilities
• You have a B driver's license

Desirable qualifications

• MI - Motivational interviewing
• ESL - An independent life
• Documentation according to IBIC or other areas within social services
• Low-arousal approach
• Knowledge of digital systems, especially LifeCare, Medvind

A driver's license is a requirement, as we have a vehicle in the organization. We also use public transport here in Haninge when it works according to our clients' addresses.
