We are looking for a personal assistant for a young boy living in Märsta. The boy has autism and a tracheostomy (trach) and needs a safe, structured, and long-term support in his daily life.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with the possibility of working more. Assistance is provided where the boy is, for example at home or during activities.

The job involves creating safety, structure, and predictability in daily life. You will support him in play, activities, and daily routines, as well as be responsible for following given care routines.

We are not looking for temporary workers or individuals who want to combine this with other main employment. The assignment requires stable presence and long-term commitment.

We are looking for someone who sees this assignment as their main occupation and who wants to work long-term. Continuity is crucial for the user's safety. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
