  • Digital competence and an interest in implementing new solutions
  • Experience in scheduling and staffing issues
  • Experience in leading others in teamwork
  • Driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

  • Knowledge and experience in working methods such as low-arousal approach, clarifying pedagogy, AAC, MI, IBIC, working with challenging behavior, or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience of working in operational systems, such as Lifecare, Proceedo, and Medvind

Personal qualities:

  • You are a stable person with an empathetic approach
  • You are results-oriented and ensure good quality in the provision of support and services

We place great importance on personal suitability, and it is crucial that you can collaborate with others in the team, guardians, and other partners.

This is a permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period.

What we can offer you

We offer a responsible and developing role where you can make a difference for both employees and users.
