About the role

In the role of sales-oriented customer service representative, you are Telenor's first contact with customers via phone. In this role, you will only work with incoming calls from existing customers.

You will become part of an engaged team and will work results-oriented, guiding customers to the right solutions and presenting products and services that fit their needs - with a focus on creating added value for the customer while driving sales forward.

Common tasks:

Assisting existing customers with questions and issues.
Identifying customer needs and offering products and services that create added value.
Working towards clear goals and being motivated to achieve and exceed them.
You will receive a comprehensive introduction at the beginning of your employment to create the best possible conditions for success in the role. We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in sales/up-selling, preferably via phone.
Is driven, service-oriented, and enjoys working towards goals.
Good computer and system skills
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Completed high school education (we appreciate if you upload your grades/study certificates to your profile attached with your application)
