ABOUT THE POSITION

As a customer center administrator at Norrtälje Energi, you will be the face of a company that has provided security and sustainability to the municipality's residents for over 100 years. Here, you will be at the center of events in the communication and customer center department. The team consists of engaged colleagues who support each other in matters such as electricity networks, electricity trading, district heating, and fiber. The role is varied and combines advisory work with administrative finesse. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and at our physical reception.

This is a consulting assignment through Academic Work until the end of the year.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Participate in a rotating phone schedule and handle incoming customer inquiries via calls and emails.
• Provide advice on electricity prices, electricity networks, and fiber.
• Administer move registrations, contracts, and inquiries in their business and CRM systems.
• Staff the physical reception and provide personal service to customers.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has previous experience in customer service or service roles.
• Has good experience working in CRM and business systems.
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in the energy sector and understanding of electricity prices/electricity networks.
• Local ties to or near Norrtälje.

• Start: By agreement
• Extent: Full-time. It is important that you are flexible and available for work during the summer months.
• Working hours:
• Monday – Wednesday: 06:45 – 16:00 (Lunch 11:30 – 12:15)
• Thursday: 06:45 – 16:00 (Lunch 11:30 – 12:15)
• Friday: 06:45 – 13:30 (Lunch 11:30 – 12:15)
• Phone hours are 09:00 – 15:00.
• Location: Work takes place on-site at the headquarters in Norrtälje.
