About the job:

Responsibilities:

- Scheduling: Plan and optimize work shifts for staff.

- Delegation: Distribute tasks and responsibilities within the team.

- Key account management: Create and maintain relationships with key customers.

- Coordination: Ensure smooth daily operations.

- Personnel responsibility: Lead and develop the team for optimal results.

- Purchasing responsibility: Manage orders and purchases for optimal inventory management.

Qualifications:

- At least 2-3 years of leadership experience in grocery retail.

- Solid leadership experience in grocery retail is highly desirable.

- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.

- Sales experience and an established network is a plus.
