Welcome to Viktor Rydberg School Nacka!

We are an F-6 school with approximately 300 students, located in Fisksätra.

We are looking for a receptionist for a temporary position starting immediately and lasting until June 2026, with a possibility of extension. The position is 75% with working hours Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The role includes supervising lunch with the younger students of the school.

In this role, you will provide service and support to guardians regarding issues such as login, absence management, and other administrative matters. You are accessible, solution-oriented, and have a good attitude. You greet students and guardians with warmth and contribute to a positive school day.

You are flexible and prepared to support the operations where needed, for example during breaks or with shorter interventions in the classroom. The break activities take place both indoors and outdoors, meaning you thrive in a varied and active work environment.

It is a requirement that you have at least three years of high school education or equivalent. Good references are a prerequisite for the position. Experience working in schools and/or after-school care is an advantage.

About VRS Nacka

VRS Nacka started its operations in August 2021 and is gradually expanding the school. Currently, around 300 students are enrolled from preschool to grade 6. The school is located in Fisksätra at Brantvägen 1, situated high with a view over the sea and close to the Saltsjöbanan train. As always at Viktor Rydberg Schools, the student is at the center, and students' achievement and well-being are the foundation for shaping the operations. “The brain wants to have fun,” and therefore teaching should be enjoyable and the school environment inspiring.
