We are now looking for a Swedish certified subject teacher in English 50%, grades 4–6.

The position is a temporary contract starting on March 16.

We are looking for someone who focuses on learning and the development of learning processes and who has a strong desire to develop their own learning together with others in a creative and positive work environment.

Since collaboration is a success factor for us, it is important that you have the ability to share your knowledge and learn from others in the learning process. It is essential that you can work constructively in various constellations such as work and subject teams.

As we focus on leadership in the classroom, it is important that you can meet various challenges in classroom situations. We have high expectations of our students and the ambition to challenge them with high-quality teaching. Therefore, it is important that you can work independently and in a structured manner, taking responsibility and initiative for planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching.

As a person, you have a positive attitude and a good approach in your interactions with colleagues, students, and parents. You see opportunities, are creative, and are stimulated by challenges. Through a conscious approach, you create security, trust, and good relationships.

We want to continue to develop to make visible, challenge, and create opportunities for success. We develop our teaching methods, share our knowledge, and work with collegial learning. ICT is a natural pedagogical tool in teaching. Students and teachers work with G-Suite. Our way of working gives us skilled teachers and motivated and engaged parents. The students at Futuraskolan International's Bergtorp achieve very good results, and we work purposefully to develop the school.
