Welcome to develop with us. Måsöskolan is a primary school (grades F-6) with approximately 560 students.

Your mission
Work in grade 1 during school and leisure time where you, as part of a collaborative assignment, will be an important part of the students' education. In collaboration with the mentors in the grade and two other colleagues, you will exchange experiences and knowledge and create a context and progression for the students' development and learning.

During leisure time, work on developing students' knowledge and social skills based on the leisure center's curriculum, Lgr 22, chapters 1, 2, and 4, as well as the students' needs, interests, and experiences.

Together with colleagues, you will drive development work where planning, implementation, follow-up, evaluation, and documentation are in focus.

What we are looking for in you
You have a childcare education or similar, with experience working in primary school.

You are secure, stable, and goal-oriented and want to collaborate and develop together with colleagues.

You have a positive, listening, and solution-focused approach and a strong interest in working with children.

You want to develop and take responsibility.

You need to have good leadership qualities and the ability to create good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

It is an advantage if you have experience with Npf variations and experience with Cps.
