Service-oriented Property Technician in Landskrona

We are looking for a handy and service-oriented property technician who wants to be our face in Landskrona and contribute to a safe, pleasant, and well-functioning living environment for our tenants.

About the role

As a property technician, you play an important role in the daily operations of our properties. Together with your colleagues, you handle maintenance requests, perform ongoing maintenance, inspections, rounds, and ensure that both properties and tenants are well taken care of.

We are looking for someone who

• Is handy and has a few years of experience as a property technician or experience as a craftsman, preferably as a carpenter, installer, tiler, etc.
• Is service-oriented and good at maintaining relationships with tenants and colleagues.
• Has a solution-oriented and positive attitude, and is eager to learn what you do not know.
• Enjoys variety and is a team player who likes to take responsibility.
• Has a B driver's license and is comfortable with digital tools.

”A typical day for me starts around seven with a cup of coffee in the office with my colleagues. We go through the maintenance requests that have come in, plan the day, and divide the work among us. Then I spend most of the day out in our properties doing everything from various technical measures and repairs to rounds and contact with tenants. I also communicate with suppliers, follow up on orders and maintenance agreements.

What I like most about my role as a property technician is the freedom to work independently, while we have a strong sense of community and always help each other.
