We are now looking for a dedicated Property Technician in Trelleborg!

What does the job entail?

The tasks include customer contact, ongoing property maintenance, repairs, and service. The job also includes certain administrative tasks. You contribute to maintaining our properties and areas and providing the best possible service to our tenants!

Who are you?

Experience in property maintenance is a requirement. You enjoy technical tasks combined with classic property maintenance and have education in a relevant field. It is advantageous if you have experience in plumbing, electrical work, or tile laying, as well as experience handling vehicles and machinery.

A valid driver's license (B) is also required. Our workflows are digitalized, so good computer skills are essential for success in this role.

As a person, you are technically inclined and a problem solver with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility. You take initiative and can plan your workday effectively.

Since the job involves a lot of contact with both tenants and suppliers, you need to have good social skills and be service-oriented. You contribute positively to the team's well-being and community, and you show good engagement at work.

About the position

The position is a permanent full-time employment (6-month probationary period). You will report to our Property Manager in Trelleborg and be part of a cheerful team of 6 colleagues!
