We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at about 50-60% for a woman in her 30s in Angered. The client will be leading you as an assistant. She also has a small child. The client prefers female assistants for this position.

The tasks are as follows:

  • Support with daily routines and household chores

  • Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

  • Support with transfers

  • Practical support in daily activities

  • Help with the physical aspects for the child

The working hours may look like the following:

  • 08:00 AM - 02:00 PM

  • 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Working hours may vary between day and evening shifts. This mainly applies to weekdays, but weekends may occur in the future. As an assistant, you should be flexible with varying working hours.

About you:

We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who enjoys working with people and can see the needs of others.

As a person, you are calm, patient, and punctual. You have experience with young children, as well as some form of care experience. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form to document correctly.

You are also attentive, solution-focused, and have a twinkle in your eye. You can take initiative but can also adopt a more reserved role.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in care and support or as a personal assistant

  • Experience with children

  • Physically strong, manual transfers may occur

  • Meritorious: Manual driving license and access to a car

Scope: 1 position approximately 50-60%

Start date: Immediately

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations according to collective agreements.

Things to consider before your application:

Due to the nature of the job, which may involve solo work, night shifts, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you wish to work with children and young people under 18, you need to present an extract from the criminal record. It is important that these extracts are ordered in good time, as the police's processing time may vary. Due to a change in the law from March 1, 2026, the background check will be expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
