Do you enjoy creating joy and spreading laughter? Bengtsfors Municipality is looking for a respite caregiver for a charming 8-year-old boy who needs a little extra support, and we believe you could be the perfect match!

About the Role

As a respite caregiver, you will become an important part of the boy's daily life, providing support and relief to his family. You will help him explore the day's small and big adventures, from crafts and play to discussing favorite games. Here, you will have the chance to truly make a difference – and have fun. The role involves 3 hours a week during an afternoon, giving you a fantastic opportunity to plan and enjoy your time.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is attentive, with a big heart.
• Has patience and a positive attitude.
• Can think creatively and adapt to the boy's needs.
• Communicates simply and clearly.
• Experience in similar work is an advantage, but personal chemistry with the boy and his family is what we value most.
