Looking for substitutes who can step in immediately when regular assistants are sick or need

to be off. Substituting during illness can come suddenly, so you as a substitute need to be

prepared to jump in for a shift at short notice. You understand the importance of

supporting and helping both me and your colleagues during urgent work shifts. The shifts are

around the clock. Currently 12-12.

As my personal assistant, you compensate for my arms and legs and are there to assist me in my

daily life. During your working hours, you must always work with the intention that it is I and my

needs that are prioritized and in focus. But you are also the “spider in the web” during any travels

or occasions when I have a lot going on - thinking, deciding, and initiating is something I do myself. I

live an active life in many ways. This includes periods with many meetings and social

gatherings. Some days are very hectic, while others are calmer. Regardless, it is crucial that you

can keep up the pace during intense days. This means you must be self-sufficient, sometimes able to

take your own initiatives - and above all, be flexible.

If you see this as care and support, then I am not the right person for you to work with.

You must meet ALL of the criteria listed below. If you do not, unfortunately, you are not a candidate for the position.

- Over 18 years old.

- Good physical condition.

- Good, not necessarily perfect, Swedish or English.

- Living in Gothenburg or nearby.

- Able to work both day and night shifts, including shared weekends 12-12.

- Available at short notice and be accessible most of the time.

- A driver's license and experience with driving is a requirement. Note! Manual transmission.

As a person, you need to be confident in yourself, able to adapt to different situations, and have

a sense of integrity.
