Here at the operating department in Arvika, we are about 30 employees working in teams around the patient.

The department has four modern operating rooms and one recovery room. We only have planned activities within orthopedics, surgery, and ENT. We work daytime from Monday to Friday. As an anesthesia nurse, you are on standby during on-call hours.

We are a smaller unit with great development opportunities, especially within orthopedics. We place great importance on maintaining established routines with a low infection rate. We are very proud of our department where we work together for safe care with satisfied patients.

Your Responsibilities

As an anesthesia nurse, you work independently while being part of a cheerful operating team that collaborates to meet the patient's needs. You perform all commonly occurring tasks within the anesthesia nurse's area of responsibility. You should be meticulous and prioritize patient safety, easily build relationships, and enjoy working in a team. The position includes on-call duties.

Your Skills/Competencies

We are looking for a licensed nurse with specialized training in anesthesia care.

You are calm, stable, and controlled even in stressful situations, always maintaining a realistic perspective and focusing on what is most important. You are flexible, have good collaboration skills, and are good at listening and communicating. With your ability to see the big picture, you consider the broader perspective and the best interests of the entire organization in your decisions and actions. We are keen to find the right person and place great importance on personal suitability.
