Vårdcentralen Måsen is located in western Lund and is a health choice unit with approximately 11,000 registered patients. There is a broad competence at the health center, and we continuously strive for the development of the operations. We have a complete range consisting of medical consultations, district nurse consultations, and specialist clinics in areas such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, lifestyle, child health center (BVC), mental health, and a rehabilitation department. We have a good collaborative climate with a strong emphasis on teamwork and good continuity among all staff categories.

Primary care should be there for everyone throughout life, and we want to be the obvious close care choice for residents in Väster Lund. Since autumn 2023, we have been working in teams. We believe that continuity in interdisciplinary teams should be the foundation, and each patient should have their own dedicated care team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant, you will work with tasks such as sample collection in our laboratory, checking EKGs, assisting doctors during various examinations, being part of our daily triage reception, conducting your own consultation visits where you, as a nursing assistant, take blood pressure, remove stitches, perform bladder scans, and carry out other usual nursing assistant tasks to be part of the daily work at the health center.

We would like you to have an interest in patient-centered work, handle some administrative tasks, and have experience working in digital environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a trained nursing assistant, either you are educated within the new program structure that has studied all specializations or you have completed training with a focus on emergency care/healthcare. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. We consider it an advantage if you have experience working as a nursing assistant at a health center or other outpatient services.

As a person, you have a genuinely positive attitude, show and value engagement in the workplace, and work solution-focused. Additionally, you have good collaborative skills and enjoy working in teams across professional boundaries, while also being able to work independently and feel secure in your professional role. A high social competence and a good approach towards both patients and colleagues are essential qualities we expect from you. We will place great importance on personal suitability.
