Located near the sea and nature on the Kullahalvön, Vårdcentralen Sjöcrona is situated in picturesque Höganäs in northwestern Skåne. This accredited health care unit, serving a large portion of Höganäs municipality's residents, consists of nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, dietitians, and specialists in general medicine. We have several nurse-led clinics such as diabetes, REKO, and elderly care. Our team of over 40 employees takes care of our 10,000 listed patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of nurse with us, we can offer you a varied job with good opportunities for development. The role includes regular tasks such as triage, chat, 1177, and advising patients, both physically at the health center and over the phone. The tasks also include assisting doctors in clinic work such as rectoscopies, EKGs, and surgeries.

At the health center, we work in teams and utilize everyone's competencies to the best possible extent. We regularly work on improvement projects and have many new and exciting projects to look forward to. Therefore, we are looking for someone who wants to be involved in our development work and understands the importance of sharing knowledge and competencies, all in line with our goal of providing our patients with the best possible care.

We therefore offer you regular training in various areas relevant to the workplace. In return, we expect you to be involved and proactive in improvement work and organizational development.

The working hours are Monday to Friday with an individual schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a licensed nurse with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare. Additionally, language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale is a requirement for the position. It is an advantage if you have knowledge in diabetes.

In our daily work at the health center, rapid changes often occur, and therefore it is required that you can adapt when necessary. During these transitions, abilities such as having a good overview, being able to plan your work, and maintaining good structure are important. Furthermore, we see a good attitude with a high service orientation as other important qualities for us. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
