Welcome to Rydebäcks Health Center, a medium-sized health care unit with over 7,400 registered patients. Rydebäck is a fantastic location by the sea, on the border between Helsingborg and Landskrona. You can easily reach us regardless of how you choose to travel, with a train station, several bus lines, and close proximity to the motorway, as well as a magical bike path from both Landskrona and Helsingborg.

We currently have about 35 dedicated employees from various professions working together towards the goal of becoming Skåne's best health center. Our health center has several well-functioning clinics, including physiotherapy with a gym, a psychologist, and a popular child health clinic among families with children. We also manage a new modern special accommodation (SÄBO). We are convinced that a success factor in achieving our goal is working in teams around our patients and providing good care and high accessibility via phone, 1177, and both digital and physical meetings. An exciting new project is how we can further develop team collaboration to offer the best possible care to our patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

At the health center, there is currently a double specialist (geriatrician/general practitioner), five specialist doctors in general medicine, two ST doctors, and AT doctors. We have doctors who work specifically with both SÄBO and home care who can offer home visits. In your role as a specialist doctor, you will work with both planned and acute outpatient care. There is an opportunity to specialize in areas such as Asthma/COPD, diabetes, or child health care.

The health center works in a team-based manner to create a better patient flow and a developing work environment. You will be part of a team with general nurses, specialist nurses (such as district nurses, diabetes nurses, asthma/COPD nurses), nursing assistants, psychologists, rehabilitation coordinators, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and secretaries. Teamwork will be an important aspect moving forward to provide the best possible care.

We invest in continuing education and professional development and wish for you to share your knowledge with other employees and mentor medical students and training doctors. QUALIFICATIONS

We are now looking for you who are a licensed physician and a specialist in general medicine with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. To be considered for the position, you must have language skills in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale. We see it as advantageous if you have prior experience in primary care, as well as familiarity with the journal systems PMO, Melior, and/or Pascal.
