Join the startup of a mobile nursing team within Attendo's HSL organization; Close Care in southern Skåne!

We are looking for a licensed nurse with professional experience and a genuine interest in providing patient-safe care during on-call hours within home care, LSS, and SÄBO. The newly formed team will provide HSL services in the evenings, nights, and weekends, and we are now seeking nurses who want to be part of starting up and forming the Close Care team in southern Skåne! We are looking for those who want to work fixed shifts in the evening/weekend, fixed night shifts, or as on-call staff.

About the role

The role of a nurse within the Close Care Mobile Nursing Team requires broad clinical competence, independence, and the ability to act quickly and professionally in various healthcare environments. As a nurse in the mobile team, you will perform assessments and make decisions regarding actions in planned and emergency situations during on-call hours. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care and making assessments via phone. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.

Qualifications

  • Licensed nurse with Swedish nursing license.
  • Documented experience in elderly care, e.g., within home care, special housing, hospital wards, or short-term care.
  • Experience in LSS or psychiatry.
  • Experience and good ability to handle and interpret medical equipment, such as blood pressure monitors, medication pumps, ECG machines, and other monitoring tools.
  • Good ability to learn and understand digital systems such as digital journal and reporting systems.
  • Driving license B is required.

Preferred qualifications

  • Specialist training in psychiatry, geriatrics, emergency care, or district nursing.
  • Experience in emergency care.
  • Previous knowledge of the journal systems Procapita, Lifecare, and Epsilon.
