About Villa Fridsbo

In Kävlinge municipality lies the beautiful Villa Fridsbo, a new nursing home with a generous courtyard and 60 apartments for people with dementia and care needs. The building is three stories high with 20 apartments per floor.

The residence is located in the eastern part of Löddeköpinge and is built in three stories. Löddeköpinge is directly connected to the E20, making it easy to reach from both Landskrona in the north and Malmö in the south.

We offer individually tailored care with heart, integrity, and choice, with a strong focus on activities for our residents, such as gardening and coffee in our garden and orangery, walks, gymnastics, bingo games, pub nights with dancing, and of course, celebrating our holidays.

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. You provide quality of life largely through your good approach. With your help, our residents can maintain their way of life and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people. You are closest to the resident and, together with your colleagues, play a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. A very important part of teamwork is that you are careful to write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We see that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked for a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience and understanding of documentation are key to success. Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement. To manage the work, you must be willing and prepared to take the delegation required.
