Are you a solution-focused and flexible care assistant who is currently fully delegated - then we need you at Linehuset in Lund.

We are looking for a trained care assistant who appreciates a flexible working approach. You will be part of a team that works across all departments in Linehuset, where your high level of care assistant competence will be utilized. If necessary, you will also support your colleagues in care work.

You need to have the competence to quickly become fully delegated regarding basic delegation, insulin, and feeding tubes.

We want you to have good experience working with people with dementia and preferably experience with BPSD.

About the role and tasks

The role involves care work based on the user's wishes and needs, as well as delegated tasks according to HSL. The tasks also include creating implementation plans, documenting in Lifecare, evaluating, and contributing to maintaining good quality in the operations. We monitor quality in national registers such as the BPSD register and Senior Alert.

You should, if necessary, be a support to your colleagues in care work.

Your goal is always to make everyday life meaningful for the users.

Through close collaboration with managers, coordinators, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and others in the team, you contribute to providing users with a meaningful life where individual needs are at the center. About the workplace

Linehuset is located in Linero in eastern Lund and consists of 96 apartments, distributed over twelve departments.

The garden is situated in a park-like environment with a gazebo and a sensory garden designed for users and staff to enjoy.

We work together for a good working environment, for example, with regular micro-breaks and the opportunity to use our recovery chairs.

Other

We are looking for a care assistant for a permanent position at 100%. Working hours are scheduled for day/evening shifts and working every other weekend. For scheduled work, we have a favorable full-time measure of 36.33 hours per week.
