About the role

As a pharmacist at Apoteket C4, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medication and health.

Apoteket C4 is located in a lively mall and is a place where we, as a wonderful team, help and support each other every day. We are busiest when others are off, so the pace is high and the workdays are filled with both prescription customers and self-care.

We work closely with nearby pharmacies and offer you the opportunity to take responsibility for LMA or product responsibility – perfect for you who want to develop in your role.

We are looking for someone who wants to work full-time or part-time and become a part of our dedicated team.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You keep yourself updated on changes in the pharmacy and medication landscape
• You have experience working with thoughtful upselling from a service perspective
