We are looking for a licensed nurse. You are a calm person who maintains composure and focus regardless of the situation. You have a flexible and curious approach and good collaboration skills. We place great importance on personal suitability. Close collaboration takes place with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally within the team. Together with the healthcare center management, you are responsible for developing and driving the operations forward.

It is advantageous if you take your own initiatives in your work and are confident in making your own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize among your tasks. Your responsibilities at the healthcare center span a wide range and encompass the general medical field where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work health-promoting, advisory, and treatment-oriented in primary care, both via phone, physically at the clinic, and digitally. The work is largely independent, which means being able to make your own assessments and decisions. In our unit, we work daily with joint assessments where you, as a nurse, together with the doctor and other professionals, assess the patients.

In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you thrive in teamwork, and for you, it is natural to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing, and you are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and visits to the clinic. We would also like you to have an interest in digitalization and business development.

Mobilia Healthcare Center is a well-established clinic with stable staffing. We support each other’s competencies to provide good care to our patients; currently, we have about 6700 registered patients.
