About the job as an HR generalist

As an HR generalist at Jefferson Wells and with our client, you will be part of a knowledgeable and engaged HR team together with the HR manager and two HR specialists. You will work broadly within the HR field and contribute to both operational and administrative matters. A large part of the role involves recruitment and support for managers, while also working with HR administration and fundamental labor law issues.

The role suits you who enjoys a varied HR workday and who likes to take initiative and contribute to developing working methods and processes. You will also have the opportunity to conduct training in HR-related subjects and support the work with employer branding and social media.

Examples of tasks:

• Conduct and drive recruitment processes for various roles.
• Support managers in HR-related questions and processes.
• Work with HR administration and documentation.
• Contribute knowledge in fundamental labor law.
• Participate in employer branding activities and work in social media.
• Conduct training in the HR field in internal management forums.

The person we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in a broad HR role and who has good experience in recruitment. You are confident in HR administrative tasks, structured in your work approach, and appreciate collaborating closely with managers and colleagues. To succeed in the role, we see that you thrive in a changing pace, have a high degree of responsibility, and are solution-oriented and social.

We are looking for someone who has:

• University degree in HR or equivalent.
• Experience in recruiting various roles.
• General knowledge of labor law.
• Experience in HR administration and system work.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Good system skills and confidence in the Office suite.

Meritorious:

• Experience in employer branding and working with social media.
• Experience in training or giving presentations.
