We offer a workplace where we collectively adapt to a new social services law with a focus on the individual. With us, you work closely with both colleagues and managers. We have workgroups during the day and evening that are geographically divided across the municipality, including two home support teams focused on dementia/psychiatry. Under the same roof, we also have a night patrol, and in adjacent premises, there is the municipality's home healthcare. The home care service in Vadstena municipality has two staffing coordinators who handle daily user planning, staffing, and administration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As our new colleague, you provide good care and service in the user's own home.

• Safe and secure care: Working in home care means that you perform services within several different legal frameworks; we provide services under both SoL and HSL in the user's own home. This means you provide good care and service to the care recipient with high quality. We work based on assessed assistance services.
• Rehabilitative focus: You motivate and stimulate the individual based on their own needs. You provide support to the individual based on their own abilities and goals.
• Collaboration: You have close cooperation with colleagues, coordinators, HSL staff, and other stakeholders.
• Administration: Digital documentation is part of the assignment, and it is important that information is passed on, which means you need to be computer literate and able to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish. You are responsible for achieving the HSL delegations included in the role.

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are you?

We are primarily looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. We also welcome those who are caregivers with at least one year of experience.

• Attributes: You are flexible, empathetic, and have good collaboration skills. You can independently prioritize tasks and remain calm in stressful situations. You contribute to a positive atmosphere in the group.
• Language: You express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.
• Requirements: You must be able to cycle and have a B driver's license.
