About the job

You will work with the taxation of sole proprietors within small and medium-sized enterprises. You will handle annual taxation within business operations from the end of March to the end of November/beginning of December, where assignments vary between quicker cases and more complex investigations. Other responsibilities for you include deferrals and reassessments of cases handled together with a special reassessment team. In the autumn, you will work with discretionary taxation related to missing declarations, and during the winter period with register maintenance, selection, and other recurring tasks.

Together with the rest of the department, we handle cases regarding individual business taxation. We also have an important service commitment in the enhanced customer meeting where we provide guidance to our customers on various types of declaration questions. This means that you will have contact with customers via phone, mail, and digital mailboxes, providing our citizens with the guidance and conditions they need for correct taxation.

You have flexible working hours, and it is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.

About you

You should also have:

• a current (at least 120 approved credits) or completed university education of at least 180 credits (120 points) in economics or law, or another relevant university education for the position
• current and relevant work experience in administration or case handling within economics or law
• good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is desirable to have current and relevant work experience from the Swedish Tax Agency, or other larger authorities. It is also desirable to have current and relevant work experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration.

Good to know

The employment is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period.

An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
