In Region Gotland, you can develop and grow, both as an individual and together with others. When you work with us, you contribute to making Gotland an even better place for people in all walks of life. We make each other better.
Administrative Support and Finance
The Administrative Support and Finance unit is part of the administrative office that works with the entire health and medical care system on various issues.
The unit comprises nine roles that support the office in administrative matters such as finance, law, insurance medicine, accessibility to care, operational plans, surveys, and operational development. The unit's mission contributes to employees having a deep understanding of and insight into the work within healthcare in Gotland.
Are you interested in social issues, enjoy development work, and service? Then this is your chance to get closer to the political decision-making process and meet new colleagues.
Your Responsibilities
As a committee secretary, you act as a key person between politics and the civil service organization. The assignment is broad and involves coordination and responsibility for processes related to the health and medical care committee's work, such as distribution and quality assurance of meeting documents. You are responsible for invitations, participate in and take minutes of meetings, and handle follow-up work. Your responsibilities in the case and committee process include assisting the administration with support on matters such as committee documents, document and information management, archiving, and processing in the case management and diary system W3D3. Together with other committee secretaries in the region, you participate in the region's network that drives improvement and development work.
In your role, you are responsible for the archives of the health and medical care committee's administrative documents and, together with other archive managers, lead a network for archive reporters within the administration. You participate in the region's archive network for archive managers and are involved in developing the common information management plan that governs the region's information management.
As a committee secretary, you also work with case management, case distribution, and serve as the contact person for the registrar who supports the administration with registration in the document management system W3D3.
Other tasks related to the assignment may also occur.
Who Are You?
We prefer that you have an education in areas such as law, political science, or other education deemed equivalent, as well as several years of experience working in public administration. You should have an understanding of the demands placed on work in a politically governed organization.
To thrive as a committee secretary, you are service-oriented, have integrity, and enjoy challenges. You are a good communicator and have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, expressing yourself well in both speech and writing, and have good reading comprehension.
You find it easy to collaborate but also enjoy working independently. The work requires efficiency, quality, and accuracy. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
