JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care assistant, you provide personal care in the client's home. You adapt the support according to each person's needs and have delegation for, among other things, medication, insulin, and wound care. The mobile phone is an important work tool, where you document in our digital system Viva.

You are the care contact. This means you are the main responsible contact person for a client. You ensure that the implementation plan is followed and updated as needed. There is also the opportunity to take on a special role, such as hygiene representative, nutrition representative, quality representative, or GP specialist.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant. It is a plus if you have experience working in care, for example, from home care, nursing homes, LSS, or social psychiatry. You have experience with documentation systems and master Swedish well in both speech and writing. Receiving delegation is a requirement, and you must be able to work days, evenings, and every other weekend. If you have a B driver's license, it is an advantage; otherwise, it is sufficient that you can cycle.

You are committed, flexible, and want to help develop the work. You can make your own decisions and find solutions when needed but are also good at collaborating. Interaction with clients, relatives, and colleagues is always done in a respectful and professional manner.

Information about protected title:

To be able to receive a permanent position, you need to show us proof of a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
