The company has successfully managed health centers and specialist clinics within the Stockholm and Uppsala regions. Now, the subsidiary Aliso Health Center Tumba is opening, a newly established health center located in the well-established and vibrant Tumba, with a rich variety of services and close access to green areas. Our facility is located at Samaritvägen 12. Do you want to help build our fine clinic from the ground up? This is a unique chance for you as a psychologist/counselor to help shape the operations and working methods from the very beginning.

Your Role

As a psychologist/counselor, you will play a central role in the usual tasks at the clinic where you will have the opportunity to meet many different patients. You will work both at our physical health center and to some extent digitally. The work includes assessment, counseling, and treatment. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and be part of the journey to develop and change primary care. The health center places great emphasis on working closely with patients, with continuity and close collaboration between different professions, to achieve the best possible care.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Licensed psychologist with a CBT focus.
• Experience in Swedish primary care, psychiatry, or occupational health care.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Good technical skills.
• You work evidence-based, are professional in your interactions, and prioritize putting the patient first.
• You have good collaboration skills and are attentive to both colleagues and patients.
