JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The tasks vary depending on the client's needs. You will primarily work with good care, service, and social interaction, but also documentation, planning, some health care tasks, and development work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for employees for our Finnish unit, so we require fluency in the Finnish language.

We seek individuals who enjoy working with elderly people and believe that social interaction and meaningfulness are essential ingredients in everyday life.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and proficient in both Swedish and Finnish to communicate with residents, relatives, and other staff, as well as to document what the operations require.

We prefer applicants who are trained nursing assistants, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and believe that the work you do is important. You enjoy working with elderly people and find social interaction and meaningfulness important in daily life.

An important quality is the ability to see the individual person's needs and conditions and act accordingly. You are professional in your interactions with clients and relatives and respect the client's independence, integrity, and dignity.

You have a good demeanor and are not afraid to take initiative. In stressful situations, you remain calm, stable, and focused on solutions. You find it easy to collaborate with others and listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively.

To thrive in this role, you need to be able to empathize with someone else's perspective or situation without taking over their feelings. You are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities in this recruitment.
