Sales Leader for Fish & Delicatessen at Stora Coop Torp

Are you a service-oriented person who loves food and sales? Then you might be the right person for us! We at Stora Coop Torp, Uddevalla, are now looking for a Sales Leader for our Fish & Delicatessen.

As a person, you are creative and like to come up with suggestions and ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have a great interest in food and cooking, an eye for detail, and a commitment to creating a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You are flexible, organized, and eager to develop yourself and our store, Stora Coop Torp.

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is always number one. You easily create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping.

In your role, you will have responsibility for results as well as purchasing and sales planning. Your job will also include following up on key figures for sales, waste, and margins. You will be a key person in our Fish & Delicatessen and ensure that the department operates satisfactorily. You will be an important part of the store's operations, and therefore we are looking for someone who feels compelled to ensure that customers receive the best service in the industry and that Fish & Delicatessen always maintains the highest quality. It is important that you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable handling stressful situations. You are confident in a leadership position and have experience in following up reports.

The position is a permanent employment of 32 hours/week with immediate start or according to agreement. The working hours are varied and include both day and evening shifts as well as weekends. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may therefore be filled before the application deadline.

• Previous experience in work and responsibility within fresh goods is a requirement
• Knowledge of store data (CAO, price maintenance, KPL, etc.) is highly meritorious
• Previous leadership experience is highly meritorious
• Previous experience with Safe Food/Self-Control is meritorious
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
• Previous experience working with Fish & Delicatessen is a requirement
• High school education is a requirement
