We are currently looking for several property technicians for our clients in Stockholm

Are you a property technician ready for new opportunities? We currently have a high demand for competent property technicians for several of our clients in the Stockholm area.

Register by uploading your CV and describing your experience and skills as thoroughly as possible. We work closely with both public and private property owners and can offer assignments ranging from commercial properties to residential holdings.

When you are part of our network, we actively match you against current assignments that fit your profile. We always contact you first to ensure your interest and availability before we present you to the client.

Scope and time: Full-time. Start as soon as possible. The assignments vary in length and can be both shorter and longer, with good opportunities for extension or direct recruitment.

Examples of tasks that may occur

• Proactive work and rounds for well-maintained properties

• Daily operations and maintenance with a focus on cleanliness, tidiness, and safety

• Handle fault reports and independently perform repairs and maintenance

• Follow up that ordered work has been completed as planned

• Preventive and corrective maintenance

• Contact with contractors in smaller maintenance projects

• Contribute to maintenance planning

About you We are looking for someone who:

• Has a property technical education or several years of experience in property management

• Holds a B driver's license

Desired personal qualities:

• Is responsible, solution-oriented, and proactive

• Has good communication skills and enjoys customer contact
