Property Technician – Work and Live by the Beach in the Stockholm Archipelago

About us

Lemshaga Management AB is responsible for the operation and management of the properties at Lemshaga Säteri and Beatelunds Gård – two unique environments located among sea, forest, and open landscapes.

Here, you will work in a historical and vibrant environment that includes:

• A castle from the 17th century with associated buildings
• Lemshaga Academy (founded in 1995) and a newly built preschool
• Stables and service buildings
• Ingarö Sea Camping and Södersved Beach
• Several residential buildings

It is a place where cultural history meets modern operations – with the sea around the corner.

About the role

We are now looking for a property technician who wants to take a key role in our management.

You will work closely with the operations and lead contractors, while also being operational in the daily tasks. You will be part of an engaged team of five people and report directly to the operations manager.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supervision and maintenance of the properties' technical systems
• Ongoing maintenance
• Handling of fault reports
• Troubleshooting within heating, hot water, and ventilation
• Monitoring of control equipment
• Meter reading and follow-up of energy statistics
• Systematic fire protection work
• Daily contact and coordination with tenants, colleagues, and contractors

This is a role for you who appreciates freedom with responsibility and enjoys structuring your days independently.

Who are you?

You have:

• High school education in technology or equivalent
• Experience from the property industry, construction, or related technical fields
• Driving license B
• Good Swedish in speech and writing

• Solution-oriented and responsible
• Structured and good at prioritizing
• Confident in your communication
• Comfortable demanding from contractors
• Relationship-building and collaborative

Meritorious

• Carpentry education
• Electrical or plumbing certification
• Chainsaw license
