As an assembler, you will become an important part of the production team, working on the assembly of advanced instruments used in the paper industry – a unique production line with global reach. The work is based on drawings and technical documentation, and you will be responsible for ensuring that products maintain high quality and are delivered according to schedule. Your tasks will involve precision assembly, including torque tightening, gluing, and work within mechanics, pneumatics, and some electronics. A key part of the role is ensuring that you always work according to the correct version of drawings and documentation. Continuous improvement is a natural part of daily life, and you are expected to contribute ideas on how assembly and processes can be optimized. The team consists of approximately 20 people with mixed roles, and you will become part of a smaller, tight-knit team with clear mentorship. The introduction is thorough – you will work alongside an experienced colleague for an extended period. Responsibilities

• Assemble components and instruments based on drawings and documentation
• Ensure high quality and delivery according to the set schedule
• Perform precision tasks within mechanics, pneumatics, and some electronics
• Collaborate with R&D and testing functions in the development of products and working methods
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization

• Experience in assembly, preferably within mechanics or electrical engineering
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
• Basic knowledge in:
• Pneumatics
• Electrical systems
• Measurement technology
• Mechanical assembly

• Technical education (e.g., industrial technical high school or vocational college)
• Knowledge of soldering
• Experience with business systems (e.g., SAP)
• English language skills
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
• Additional language skills, e.g., Spanish
