About the Position

As a Service Technician with us, high service quality and structure are key words. You will ensure that our customers have well-functioning forklifts and that customers' unplanned downtime is always handled quickly and efficiently. You work independently, are responsible for your own planning, and for how you solve your assignments. At the same time, you are part of a team where everyone helps and supports each other when needed and during peak workloads.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who:

• Have technical competence through education, work experience, or personal interest.
• See technical problems as a fun and exciting challenge.
• Can combine physical work with administrative tasks.
• Have the ability to structure and prioritize your work tasks and ensure they are performed well.
• Are an engaged and interested team member who values collaboration.
• With your communication style, create clarity and a positive and professional impression on our customers.
• Have good experience in using computers for administrative tasks, document management, and communication.
• Have a B-class driver's license.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Post-secondary education for Service Technician.
• Experience of service work within a similar industry.
• Experience of automation.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, vehicle electricity, and mechanics.
• Handle English, as we have documentation that may be in English.

Location and Start

Suitable place of residence is southern Stockholm/Årsta/Tyresö/Haninge and surrounding areas. Appointment will be made according to agreement.

The employment begins with a fixed-term contract according to the Technical Agreement IF Metall for six months, with the aim of transitioning to a permanent position.
