Installation Coordinator – Stockholm

About the Role

As an Installation Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating, directing, and following up on installation work in ongoing projects. You play a central role in production, working closely with project managers, skilled workers, and subcontractors to ensure high quality, a good working environment, and efficient progress.

You will conduct regular site visits and act as the link between planning, production, and follow-up.

Responsibilities include, among others:

• Conduct regular site visits and report back to the responsible project manager
• Coordinate the daily work of skilled workers in consultation with the project manager
• Review installation work to ensure compliance with contract documents
• Direct, document, and follow up on projects according to the company's management system
• Continuously follow up on self-inspections and quality assurance of completed work
• Monitor schedules, photo documentation, working environment, and safety
• Participate in risk analyses, work preparations, and inspections of completed work
• Review tender documents and specifications based on technical competence

You will work both on-site in production and from the office, depending on project needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with broad technical understanding and experience from contracting and installation projects.

Requirements:

• High school education with a technical focus or equivalent
• Certificates: BAS P/U, Hot Works, Safe Lifting, and BAM or equivalent
• Experience in coordinating and supervising skilled workers
• Broad experience in HVAC, ventilation, electrical, and control installations
• Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Class B driver's license
