The company is the general agent for Rolls-Royce Power Systems and works exclusively with their product range, with a focus on the MTU engine brand. Operations include service, overhaul, and installation of engines for marine propulsion, standby power, and critical infrastructure such as defense, healthcare, telecommunications, and energy supply.

In Sweden, operations are based at a modern and well-equipped workshop in Jordbro, while collaboration within the Nordic region is close and developmental.

About the Position
As a Traveling Service Technician, you will have a varied and practically oriented role where travel and overnight stays are a natural part of the job. You will be based at the workshop in Jordbro but will work primarily on-site with customers throughout Sweden, and when needed, across the Nordic region.

The work involves service, troubleshooting, and repair of engines in the field, as well as component replacement and technical tasks. When not working on-site, you will participate in workshop activities involving complete overhauls and major engine projects.

You will be offered comprehensive onboarding and recurring training at the company's own training center, covering both engine and electrical systems. All specific product training is included in the position.

You will also enjoy excellent benefits, paid travel, and generous field allowances. In many cases, you will have the opportunity to influence your schedule regarding travel, overtime, or weekend work.

We are looking for you who

• have practical experience working with engines. It does not matter what type of engines – cars, trucks, construction machinery, marine, or engines you have worked on in your spare time. The important thing is that you have previously screwed, troubleshooted, and worked mechanically with engines.
• are technically curious, self-driven, and have a genuine interest in mechanics.
• enjoy a mobile work environment, are flexible, and have no issues with traveling for work.
• have good physical fitness and are comfortable working in varying environments.
• speak fluent Swedish and have basic knowledge of English.
