About the role

In this role, you will primarily work with mechanical maintenance (approx. 70%) and simpler electrical tasks (approx. 30%), with the goal of ensuring an efficient and reliable production flow. The focus is on preventive maintenance, but also includes urgent troubleshooting and improvement work.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience as a mechanic, industrial electrician, or maintenance technician (minimum 2 years)
• Practical knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, and preferably welding, drilling, and machining
• A strong technical interest and a clear "hands-on" mentality
• The ability to work in a solution-oriented manner even in stressful situations
• Good experience from a production environment – experience from the food industry is an asset

Education in electrical or mechanical engineering is positive but not decisive – we value practical experience higher than academic credentials.

You are meticulous, responsible, and have a strong sense of quality in your work. You enjoy working both independently and in smaller teams, where collaboration and personal responsibility go hand in hand. Flexibility is a given for you, and you feel comfortable working according to a rotating shift schedule including morning, evening, and night shifts, as well as some weekend duty.
