About the role

As a leading fitter, you will have a central role in our industrial projects, primarily at Scania. You lead the work team on site, plan and distribute the work, ensure that installations are carried out according to drawings and project plans, and act as the link between the project manager, the customer, and the fitters.

Tasks:

• Lead and distribute work in a group of approx. 4–10 people
• Ensure installations according to drawings and project plan
• Order materials and ensure the right quantity and type
• Electrical work responsibility on site
• Documentation and administrative tasks
• Work in an industrial environment with, among other things, machine installations, heavier cabling, and electrification projects

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is confident in their profession and ready for greater responsibility. You have worked for at least 7 years as an electrician/fitter and have the technical maturity to take responsibility for both projects and people.

Requirements

• High school education in electrical engineering
• At least 7 years of experience working as an electrician/fitter
• Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of English
• Driver's license

Other details

Start: according to agreement
Location: Södertälje
Salary: 38–41k + supplements, depending on experience and size of the work group according to the installation agreement
