Job Description

As a high-voltage technician at our client's automotive company in Östermalm, you will work in a modern workshop focusing on electric and hybrid vehicles. The role includes responsibility for safe handling, troubleshooting, and repair of high-voltage systems, as well as collaboration with other technicians to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to further develop your specialist skills and contribute to a safe and secure workflow.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of high-voltage systems according to manufacturer instructions and the company's safety procedures.

• Conduct diagnostics using diagnostic tools and read vehicle control systems to identify fault sources.

• Perform safe shutdown and restart procedures for high-voltage systems and document actions taken in the workshop system.

• Replace components, wiring, and battery packs, and check functionality and quality before returning to the customer.

• Collaborate with customer reception, colleagues, and technical support to ensure efficient workflows and high customer service.

• Follow and contribute to the development of the company's routines for safety, work environment, and environmental management when working with high voltage.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in automotive technology, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience with a focus on high voltage and electric vehicles.

• Documented experience working with high-voltage systems in vehicles.

• Knowledge of safety procedures when working with high voltage and certification or training in high voltage (HV training) is an advantage.

• Experience with diagnostic tools and electronic control systems, as well as basic computer skills for documentation.

• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and solution-focused with the ability to work both independently and in a team.

• Driving license B.
