Still Sparkling Solutions specializes in draft beer and water systems, working through the entire chain – from design, manufacturing, and installation to service and maintenance. Their customers include leading players in the hotel, bar, and restaurant sectors, and the company also collaborates with breweries and beverage distributors. Projects range from customized solutions, such as specially designed taps for interior concepts and installations at larger events, to quick deliveries of standard solutions.

Still Sparkling Solutions is a small and close-knit team but is part of a larger group with around 250 employees. The company is a wholly owned and independent subsidiary of Galatea AB, which in turn is part of the Martin & Servera group – Sweden's leading restaurant and large kitchen specialist.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a service technician, you will work with the service and maintenance of beer and water systems for the company's customers in the hotel, bar, and restaurant sectors. In this role, you will primarily focus on planned service, troubleshooting, and customer contact related to these systems. The work is largely independent and involves recurring service visits according to a planned schedule.

You will start from Stockholm and move between different customers throughout the day. After introduction and training, you will be responsible for carrying out service and ensuring that the systems function as they should. The role involves a lot of customer contact and is suitable for you who enjoy a dynamic job where technology and service meet.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Performing planned service and biological service on beer systems

• Changing filters and conducting recurring maintenance

• Delivering additional service according to customer requests

• Troubleshooting and addressing reported issues

• Working according to a planned schedule and visiting customers around Stockholm

• Creating and maintaining good customer relationships during service visits

• Assisting the manager with planning service work when needed

• Managing reporting and documentation according to company guidelines

• Ensuring accurate time reporting and logbook for the service vehicle

• Reporting certain information via digital tools and apps

The role does not include installations, but focuses on service, maintenance, and follow-up with existing customers.

Qualifications

• Driving license B

• Good Swedish in speech and writing, as well as basic English

• Some computer skills and the ability to report via digital tools

• Experience driving in Stockholm and preferably some local knowledge

It is advantageous if you have experience in servicing beer or water systems. Experience from fields such as HVAC, property maintenance, janitorial work, or similar practical roles is also very relevant.

About the position: Consulting assignment starting immediately, until the end of August 2026

Location: Stockholm

Working hours: 8 hours between 07:00-17:00, Mon-Fri.

*The position is primarily full-time. However, for the right candidate, there may be some flexibility. It is possible to work Monday–Thursday in combination with studies, but the working percentage must be at least around 80–85%.
