Lokalvården in Nora is currently looking for two cleaners to join our team! We are growing & need to strengthen our team with an additional employee and a substitute for one of our staff members going on parental leave.

We are a team of cleaners with broad experience & valuable knowledge. Nora cleaning is characterized by an environmental mindset and strives to create a pleasant indoor environment for everyone who visits the public premises. The work should be permeated by a holistic perspective and driven in harmony with our guiding principles.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your tasks include daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and floor care, both manually and with machines. The work is characterized by variation, flexibility, and at times a high pace. You will be part of a team that supports and stands up for each other. The organization is constantly working to develop cleaning methods and the use of chemicals. In case of absence, you will also cover other operations at short notice & be able to prioritize according to our routine.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements for the position:

• Completed high school education
• Previous work experience in the cleaning profession. The employer assesses the relevance of previous experience.
• You must master the Swedish language in a way that allows you to follow work instructions, safety regulations, routines, and communicate with colleagues and others in the organization.
• Digital knowledge is required as we use digital tools daily.
• Driver's license B

We consider it an advantage if you have training in cleaning.

The job requires you to be flexible and service- and customer-focused. You must enjoy working in new environments, be able to work independently, and have the ability to plan and reorganize your work effectively. The work is physically demanding. Furthermore, it is important that you have good collaboration skills, are relationship-building and solution-focused, and value thorough work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
