Description

We are currently looking for a Team Leader with experience in window cleaning, office cleaning, move-out cleaning, and stair cleaning! The position is full-time.

As a Team Leader, you are one of our key personnel in the company. You collaborate and coach your team, ensuring quality on-site with our customers. You handle customer feedback and requests and have daily contact with employees.

Responsibilities

The position involves receiving orders from customers, reporting to the nearest manager, planning the work for staff, quality control, and being out in the field performing cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

It is important that you master the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, and that you are an experienced computer user.

A B driver's license is a requirement.

We prefer that you have industry experience or experience from other service professions.
