Description

We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented cleaner for the role of cleaner in Hällefors municipality. As a cleaner, you play an important role in ensuring clean and welcoming environments in our schools, preschools, offices, and other municipal properties. Your work includes daily cleaning, maintenance, and sometimes tasks such as deep cleaning or operating cleaning machines. Your contribution helps ensure safety, comfort, and a better everyday life for our residents and employees.

Responsibilities

Your work includes:

• Performing daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and floor care.
• Contributing to a positive and welcoming environment in the premises.
• Working variably and flexibly, often at a fast pace.
• Collaborating with colleagues to support and help each other.
• Carrying out tasks with a holistic perspective and in line with the municipality's values.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience deemed relevant by the employer.
• Previous experience in cleaning.
• Ability to work independently and plan your work effectively.
• Flexibility and a service- and customer-focused approach.
• Good sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and ability to build relationships.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail in your work.
• Driver's license (B).

Meritorious

• Training in cleaning.

Conditions

The position is a permanent part-time employment of 50%, with start date according to agreement. If needed, there is an opportunity to work additional hours. A probationary period may occur if necessary. A criminal record check is mandatory. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

We are also looking for substitutes who are willing to work as needed.
